1. Delivery Information
We ship to addresses within New Zealand. Delivery is handled via reliable national courier services or direct freight depending on the size and nature of the order.
• Standard lead times: 3–10 working days for stocked items; 15–30 days for custom orders
• Large orders/furniture: Delivered by our logistics team or freight partners. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery time.
• Relocation & installation services: Are scheduled and confirmed in consultation with you once your project is ready.

2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched. Custom or made-to-order items will include a manufacturing lead time.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination. In some cases, particularly for large furniture pieces, we may issue a separate quote for freight.

4. Returns
If you need to return an item due to damage, defect, or incorrect supply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be authorised prior to dispatch.

5. Return Shipping & Responsibility
• You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to our error.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (unless it was a faulty item).
We recommend:
• Using a trackable shipping service
• Purchasing shipping insurance for returns over NZD $75
We do not guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions and send a replacement once the item is received and inspected.
