You can easily self install Cable Cleats to the underside of a desk with a low clearance area. This is a great way to hide unsightly cabling while providing accessibility via the outer fingers to move and change the cables as needed.

The double cable cleat can manage your power and data cables separately and only using 1 screw per cleat minimising the amount of alterations needed to the furniture.
